Shipping & Returns

Our return policy lasts 12 days. If 12 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

Additional non-returnable items: clearance/sale, accessories, shoes, or bralettes are all finale sale. 


To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, & in the original condition that they are received in (with any tags, packaging, & boxes). The customer pays return shipping. If you are returning items valued at over $50, it's recommended you use a trackable shipping service that allows you to add insurance to your package.

Returns will be accepted for a refund or exchange. Since free shipping is offered, shipping cost is NOT refundable.  To complete your return, please notify via email with your order number and the date you sent it the return back to us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 12 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact hello@nineteenboutique.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items in rare cases in which they are defective or damaged when received, as well as size exchanges up to 1 exchange per order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
